Your best next step
Elite
Based on your answers, Elite is the right fit. You have the library you need in Essentials, and what will move you forward fastest now is feedback on your own riding, not more lessons to watch.
Elite gives you everything in Essentials, plus a monthly breakdown of a ride you send me, so you stop wondering how it looked from the outside.
